Quality activities
• Coordinate and provide critical requirements/inputs for IT Services to lead successful stories of service management framework based on IT Services best practices.
• Provide critical inputs to Senior Manager - IT Services in service level management for various IT services.
• Reviewing IT Services' processes to establish functionality and effectiveness.
• Determine what modifications are needed after review.
• Designs, develops and reviews IT Services processes.
• Take the lead to ensure the developed and planned changes to be implemented.
• The controller of IT change and release management.
• Documents results and observations after inspections and audits.
Inventory Management
• Responsible for managing the IT change requests and IT releases.
• Develop and ensure the quality of providing IT Services as processes and workflow.
IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Ensuring that the ITSM processes are fit for purpose
• Being the contact person for all information related to the processes
• Conducting process reviews, updates & improvements
• Being accountable for process document quality
• Produce and maintain Key Performance of all ITSM process
• Assist the Service Level Manager on service quality monitoring, reviewing and reporting.
• Manage appropriately the Service Desk function
