SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF WORK:
To supervise the assigned station / section, to provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the company's Standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Check that his outlet is properly set for service
2. Handle the reservation table after lunch operation during the closing hours
3. See that service run smoothly during the closing hours
4. Help the Hostess & Outlet Manager to assist the guest and let them seat.
5. Present the menu to the guest.
6. Take the guest order.
7. Serve the guest
8. Give instruction to the waiter to serve food and beverage.
9. Check each table and asked for feedback regarding the food and service if how is it to ensure customers satisfaction.
10. Do closing remarks or farewell to the guest while leaving the restaurant to visit us again.
11. Check each station before leaving your post if completely clean with proper set or back up during closing.
GENERAL DUTIES:
1. To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the company policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
2. To be punctual on duty, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
3. To maintain high standard quality of work at all times.
4. To maintain good rapport and working relationship with co-employee and superior.
5. To attend and participate in staff meetings, departmental and restaurant training schedules and other related activities.
6. To perform the given task and secondary duties and responsibilities assigned.
7. To respond to any changes in your role as it was implemented by the company.
8. To maintain positive and motivated attitude at all times.
9. To have a full understanding in Operations manual regarding company policies and regulation.
