Our client a world leader in their field; are seeking an Office Manager, to support the Regional office
Some of the responsibilities will include:
•Facilities management for office
•Organise and minute weekly office meetings
•Insurances and registration - Office and Car
•Office Licensing
•Lease contracts
•Relationship Management
•Filing and management of corporate contracts
•Petty cash reporting and requesting of cash
•Health and safety, including first aid box and emergency evacuation procedures and annual risk assessment
•Attendance including holiday planner/update records, absence and sickness reporting to the UK
•The provision of a PA service to the Regional Director, including diary management and appointments, and travel arrangements when required
•Events support when required
