National Health Insurance Company
The National Health Insurance Company (NHIC) manages and operates Qatar's Social Health Insurance Scheme. The scheme will provide mandatory basic health insurance coverage for citizens, foreign residents and visitors in the country. The scheme represents an important pillar of Qatar's National Health Strategy ensuring affordable access to state-of-the-art healthcare for everyone in the country, driving transparency and quality improvement across the system and offering members free choice of providers. NHIC is looking for candidates with relevant expertise and experience to fill the following position.
Position : IT Program Manager
Responsibilities:
§ Support IT Director in Program Management of the ICT projects in the development of NHIC
§ Ensure that detail plans for all projects and work streams are maintained with the appropriate program governance around them.
§ Establish excellent stakeholder communications and engagement processes and manage them throughout the program.
§ Ensure that each project and work stream is tracked; monitoring, issues and risk management processes are effective across the program.
§ Assist IT Director with risk and issue management across the portfolio.
§ Assist the Management Team with interdependency management across the portfolio and as the point of liaison across the overall SCH program.
