Job Profile • Ensure that all incoming telephone calls are answered and provide quick and courteous service to all callers. • Determine purpose of calls and forward to appropriate personnel or department. • Ensure that all visitors are attended and arrange to meet the intended company personnel. • Ensure that all visitors/interview callers' comforts and welfare are looked after. • Responsible to maintain and report all customer visit records/complaints on daily basis • Responsible to controlling the visitors to the office by inquiring the needs and requirements and settling them to their satisfactions before directing them to the office. • Ensure that all messages/letters/papers received are conveyed / handed over to relevant managers/employees. • Maintain safe and clean reception area. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Candidate Profile • Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist in a reputed organization • Good communication, listening and telephone skills. • Computer literacy is essential. • Age below 30 Candidates within close proximity to Head Office will be given priority.
