• Responsible for introducing and promoting the products to the hospital users.
• To maintain good working relations to the customers i.e., purchasing and users.
• To prepare hospital weekly visit chart for each hospital, in order to have a regular schedule and follow-up with the customers.
• Daily meeting with their Manager/Supervisor to discuss sales issues, briefing on the marketing situation and development.
• Prepare monthly sales plan in accordance with the forecast, review weekly with the Manager/Supervisor.
• Coordination with Customer Services for quotations to customers and other communications.
• Review inventory stock of respective product on weekly basis for its movement.
• Prepare sample and catalogue for customer's information and arrange demonstration to the users.
• Conduct periodical market survey of each specific product and to make plan for conversion to our products.
• Coordinate service and maintenance of equipment with our Bio Med. and the users.
• Monthly report on sales achievements and failures. Review various sales methods with dept. Manager/Supervisor for improvements.
• Follow-up our quotations with the customers for the order. Involve in price negotiations if needed.
• Prepare monthly data for quotations (loss/gain).
• Prepare monthly sales report to compare with target.
