ARES Project Management LLC is looking for an individual to lead and support growth in the Middle East Region. ARES primary products are in the Engineering Space with a world class project management software product called PRISM. The goal in the Middle East is to both establish PRISM as a household word, growing critical market share with the owners in the region as well as having the owners specify PRISM as part of their "standard requirements" in RFP's to EPC companies. In addition ARES does have a new Security Company that as it matures the individual running Middle East will need to be able to sell the Security Products from this division. The requirements of this position are as follows:
1) Must have run an operation (President, Managing Director or CEO) of a company or division of greater than $15M in annual revenues focused on the Middle East.
2) Must be familiar with operations requirements in many countries in Middle East but primarily UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai), Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia. Expertise in Northern Africa is a plus.
a. Must understand requirements to do business in these countries
b. Must understand local custom and also have expertise in administration, delivery and collections.
c. Must have contacts in Owner Operators, Engineering companies as well as government entities (especially that could in the future use security software) that could use the ARES software.
3) Must have background in selling software and project services, especially in Engineering space. Also must have a high technical talent with ability to understand consulting and delivery in the region.
4) Individual must have Degree from US or European University.
5) Must have past working experience in the US a US Passport and Citizenship considered a plus.
6) Must speak fluently English and Arabic at the technical level.
7) Individual must be willing to be located or relocate to Dubai and be in region with trips to US and perhaps North Africa as required. Individual must also be willing to travel extensively in Middle East region.
8) Individual will be responsible for building a local team, driving use and market share for ARES products and also to build a solid brand in the region.
