My client is a leading oil and gas operator currently looking for an experienced completion and well intervention supervisor to be based full time with the operator. In this role you responsible for the onshore wells operations. The position is permanent, based in GCC country, expat package with salary, accommodation, family status, education allowance offered.
The key tasks for the role are to plan, design, program and coordinate well construction and/or maintenance execution on onshore rigs.
They key tasks include:
- Planning, program, schedule and coordinate execution of well construction activites
- Assist HSE performance
- Daily relationship maintenance with contractors, customers, and internal services to ensure smooth well engineering process
- Responsibility over well engineering design with consideration for well integrity
- Contribute to Well picks and FDP studies
- Involvement in use of emerging technologies for drilling operations
- Preparation of engineering design of wells in line with practices and goals
- Coordinate data gathering, reporting and distribution
- Implement RDL process
Your profile:
- Degree in engineering
- 10+ years in well engineering operations
- Experience as drilling supervisor
- Process management experience
- Valid IWCF certification
- Well planning and programme design experience
- Informed in well technology and well equipment
- Well engineering software knowledge (well plan, stress check)
- Excellent level of English
