• Define Bank's branding strategy, and develop the brand in conjunction with the overall bank's strategy.
• Create an integrated sales and marketing strategy for the retail banking department, review it with the executive manager of retail banking to gain necessary approval.
• Mentor and direct the marketing manager, PR Manager, and Product development Managers to develop and manage the implementation and roll-out of sales, marketing, and PR plans to achieve income, profit, market share and share of mind growth objectives of the retail banking department.
• Contribute to the development of advertising budget media plans and promotional strategies for the Bank, in coordination with Head-Marketing & Products. Plan and work with relevant departments to develop media plans for new and existing Bank products to support the overall business strategy.
• Work closely with the respective department to launch, implement and maintain products/service in line with business targets while ensuring the correct implementation of the corporate image and branding across all activities and on all advertising collateral
• Develop and implement a customer segmentation strategy that attracts and rewards profitable customers whilst converting unprofitable groups.
• Directs and supervises all market analysis on competitor's activities conducted by marketing manager and Product managers, in addition, should be on top of market situations such as price changes, quality enhancements, Key features of competitive products.
• Lead the use of the market research to create a sustainable and profitable differential retail franchise for the bank that can withstand domestic and international competition.
• Coach and mentor a team of component product development managers responsible for developing innovative and creative products, services, and channel development.
• Lead and motivate the team in achieving bottom line Service
• Lead and direct the Service Quality and PR manager in conceptualizing, implementing, and follow up on the Service Quality manual, check lists and Visitation.
• Control the PR calendar of the bank making sure that it is in-line with the corporate vision and to introduce the bank in the most appropriate manner.
• Direct and mentor the SQ Manager in the Visitation scheduling, scoring, and final incentive scheme of both the SQ team and high performing branches.
