Human Resources Business Partner – MENA region (m/f) - Zumtobel Group Jul 18th 2013, 05:52 • Based in an office in Dubai, you will provide and assure a generalist Human Resources advisory to the line management and all employees in the region. • It will be on you to review and implement local HR policies, practices and procedures as well as to steer diverse HR processes - in general, you will guarantee the alignment of country specific HR policies and practices with group-wide guidelines and you will cooperate in group-wide HR projects. • We rely on your expertise when it comes to implementing a successful HR-structure focusing on organizational and personnel development as well as knowledge and talent management. • You will also act as the HR representative within the management team and support the line management in all aspects of people management. • Additionally, you will interact with our service partners (payroll, legal, compensation and benefits) in order to assure a top performance of the HR-organization. • Making use of your broad experience, you will contribute substantially to a clear picture of success, performance and rewarded company values. • Last but not least, you will actively support a wide range of change processes by implementing international standards and processes.
