Station Supervisor - Auto Rental - Almana Group Jul 18th 2013, 06:31 Oversee the operations in the assigned station in order to ensure that it meets the vehicle requirements of International booking and walk in customers, within the parameters and standards set by the Division and the International Partner. - Supervise the Operations of the assigned station to ensure it provides the vehicle requirements of the Customer within the agreed period. - Monitor incoming international bookings in order to timely prepare the vehicle based on the requirements of the Customer. - As and when possible, ensure the availability of certain category of vehicles in the station for provision to walk in customers. - Coordinate with the Operations Supervisor regarding additional vehicle requirements during peak / high season. - Monitor all unreturned vehicles after the return date as agreed in the Rental Agreement; Check with Customers regarding the vehicle and extension of the agreement. - Oversee station's compliance to Division's fleet standards during the vehicle's release / receipt from the customer. - Coordinate with the Operations Supervisor on vehicles requiring preventive maintenance and repair, including damages to vehicles due to accidents, to maintain the standards of the Division and its International Partner. - Ensure the proper preparation, signing and closing of Rental Agreements for vehicles leased or rented in accordance to the procedures set by the Division and International Partner. - Ensure that all customers, especially new ones, are briefed on the specifics of the Rental Agreements including the Procedures and requirements for certain events, including accidents and traffic violations. - Ensure the Team's delivery of utmost service to all of its customers in order to meet or exceed Customer satisfaction. - Lead and motivate the site / section employees towards team solidarity and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and harmony Job Details Date Posted: 2013-07-18 Job Location: Doha, Qatar Job Role: Management Company Industry: Transportation Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Gender: Male Apply Now - Jobs in Qatar - Search All Jobs
