Maintenance Operations Manager
The Product Support Manager Level K will lead the AH-64E Maintenance Augmentation Team (MAT) in support of the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command customer as the Saudi AH-64E MAT Site Manager. This position will establish and maintain a close working relationship and partnership with the customer and as well as the Boeing home organization and other Boeing support organizations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Performs management functions in a maintenance management role in the context of logistics support and services environment.
• Responsible for planning and controlling maintenance activities in support of operational requirements.
• Manages employees performing organizational or intermediate technical or specialist maintenance activities.
• Oversees maintenance controllers performing maintenance task planning and scheduling.
• Manages the coordination and supply support for maintenance tasks.
• Manages mechanics performing maintenance tasks per maintenance instructions and technical manuals.
• Provides technical direction and guidance to others regarding approved processes, tools, technology and skills for own projects or processes.
• Ensures workgroup products or processes meet customer, company, quality, industry and regulatory requirements.
• Provides approval of workgroup technical approaches, products and processes.
• Forecasts resource needs and obtains and manages personnel, facilities, services, equipment and tools to meet project and daily operating requirements.
• Acquires, deploys and schedules personnel to meet project and operational objectives.
• Reviews, approves and implements facility, equipment and service plans to maximize productivity and ensure safety, security, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates with providers to achieve timely delivery of resources.
• Establishes partnerships and relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports.
• Works in a very diverse environment within the Middle East culture and customs.
• Prefer candidates with prior work experience in Saudi Arabia/Middle East.
