• To manage the Front Office operations in an effective and efficient manner.
• To check in and check out guest according to the set standards without delay to refrain from receiving complaints and proper documentation of guest records.
• To perform other tasks concerning guests' needs with quality and to their satisfaction so that guests feel well served.
• Enter all data or profile of guests (arriving during the shift) completely into the CID system to refrain from being penalized by the local Authority.
• To follow up constantly from each department concerned for any guest request or query to ensure request is delivered and attended to at the right time.
