About the Job:
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Engineer - Storage Handling Solutions for our FAMCO operations based in Dubai.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
1- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
2- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
3- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
4- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
5- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
6- Negotiating the product solution of an agreement and closing sales.
7- Gathering market and customer information.
8- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
9- Negotiating on price, delivery and specifications with customers.
10- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
11- Creating detailed proposal documents as well as formal biddings.
12- Recording inquiries,quotes,sales and order information.
13- Reviewing sales and personal development performance twice a year, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
14- Making accurate and providing customers with quotations.
15- Attending team meetings.
16- Daily sales activity covering a geographical predefined sale territory.
17- Duty timing Sundays through Thursdays 0800-1800.
