1. Maintain and update predefined Administration records efficiently for management information.
2. Coordinate with Divisional HR team to get all the required information for updating the records.
3. Submit accurate weekly and monthly reports to the Div. Personnel Mgr.
4. Assist the Div. Personnel Mgr in correspondences, integrating and gathering information.
5. Fill in the exit-interview forms with terminated employees after they get the final settlement.
6. Maintain a tracking record for all divisionally received CVs.
7. Receive CVs from Corporate HR and other locations and integrate a spread-sheet for feedback.
8. Maintain a filing system for the Divisional HR functions.
9. Cover for divisional HR team leaves.
