Charterhouse are assisting them find a Chief Engineer and Technical Service Manager to join their team for a large scale development in Riyadh. You will be responsible for health, safety and environmental management so you should have extensive knowledge on Policies, Procedures and Forms. You will be training your team and corresponding with Clients, Contractors and Subcontractors as well as higher management so your communication skills should be impeccable. Issuing monthly progress reports and ad hoc reports on all technical, operational and financial services will also be a key requirement.
