Verify incoming vehicle owner's accident claims & ensure correct processing of repairs.
Check availability of relevant documents submitted by customer prior to submission to Insurance provider.
Assist & coordinate with customer, for completing relevant forms, missing information etc.
Obtain regular updates on requirements from various insurance providers.
Process accident repair claims & coordinate with insurance provider to obtain payment for vehicle repairs.
Negotiate with insurance provider for pricing / payments for vehicle repairs & communicate to manager for approval.
Create LPO & relevant documents to start repair works.
Prepare final billing of completed repairs & submit to insurance provider for payment.
Maintain relationship, monitor & timely follow-up with insurance providers on relevant issues.
Create accurate reports on active & pending insurance cases.
Carry out other tasks & assignments given by management.
