Purpose:
Assist in improving relationships between the QSL and Clubs by building stronger and more supportive partnerships.
Key Activities:
• Assist in improving the effectiveness of club & QSL relationship
• Support lines of communication between centre and clubs to ensure that they are and remain robust
• Drive compliance to AFC criteria and support the centre and clubs in preparation for AFC audits
• Conducts internal audits to ensure on-going improvement at the request of Head of Club Liaison
• Liaise with all Club managers to sustain quality products in relation to AFC criteria and QSL licensing
• Support improved ways of working between QSL and the Clubs including meeting structure, internal communications method and tools and decision making
• Assists in the monthly club / QSL meeting schedule ensuring effective meetings deliver high quality output
