Lead Service Engineer - Manpower Middle East Sep 18th 2013, 05:17 Our client is currently recruiting a Lead Service Engineer. You will be reporting to Business Unit- Services Purpose and Scope Lead a team of Service and Commissioning Engineers in service, repair, maintenance and commissioning whilst ensuring maximum safety, productivity, revenue and thereby provide an industry leading afer sales service Responsibilities • Initiate, lead and delegate work activities for personnel and sub contractors in service, maintenance and preventive activities on Company's products to ensure fast responses on time delivery and within budget • Control, oversee and ensure adequate resource is applied in all service related operations including daily work activity distribution, documentation, work schedules, cost and budgets and productivity within the team, preparation of monthly reports to highlight on going and upcoming jobs in order to increase productivity and reduce downtime • Central point of contact for technical advise for all service personnel and client interface from all technical matters to ensure best in class support is provided throughout all communications, establishing and maintaining strong customer relations at all times efficiently delegating support activities relating to after sales enquiries, technical support, customer complaints and non comformance reports to ensure maximum client satisfaction. • Manage accurate and on time submission of competitive service and commissioning bids in line with company guidelines to achieve revenue targets. • Monitor and lead all service and maintenance projects from estimation through to completion and invoicing to ensure achievement of target revenue • Initiate and promote new business developments by researching and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding the services offered by liaising with sales and using development methods such as approaching new and existing clients, hosting and engaging meetings and presentations to promote various SR&M services to ensure an industry leading support service. • Ensure compliance to all relevant QHSE procedure and controls across the service and maintenance team to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and responsible environmental attitude Job Details Date Posted: 2013-09-18 Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Role: Engineering Company Industry: Industrial; Engineering Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Apply Now - Jobs in UAE - Engineering Jobs in UAE - Search All Jobs
