About your job:
As a senior leader in the DIA FM team, you will plan, manage, allocate and supervise the proper operation of the control centre resources. You will ensure timely attendance of all corrective and preventive maintenance works. You will also ensure proper upkeep of records on all call-outs and preventive maintenance works and provide feedback to end-users/clients on all service requests. You will tasked with reviewing and improving the CMMS system format and operational procedures. You will directly oversee dedicated Control Centre staffs and associated external vendors.
About you:
To be considered for this role you will need to have a BSc/BEng in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution. You should have atleast 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position and capacity in a Facilities Management, ideally in an airport environment. You should be well versed and have both theoretical and practical experience in CMMS & BMS systems.
