About the Job:
In this role you will control the shift operation including editing and pre-flight planning. You will be involved with briefing with the supervisor, check in staff, and supervision at the check-in gates. You will monitor the GHA activities. All activities will contribute to on-time departures while supporting the QR 5-Star Ground philosophy.
As the first personal contact between the Airline and its customers, you will portray QR image to the highest standard ensuring that our customers receive our award winning 5 Star services at all times
About You:
To be successful in this role you will require a minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role in an Airline/Airport Operations. You will be a High energy, be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and have a pleasant personality. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team are essential to succeed. Willingness to work in shifts is essential. You will ideally have had training with Customer Services, Baggage Services, and Ground Operations.
Fluency, both spoken and written English is essential with knowledge of Amadeus Reservations & DCS preferred but not essential.
