• Operates with management and sales teams to determine business requirements.
• Assures focused and productive communication within and across regional sales teams.
• Resolves all complex inquires from the regional sales offices.
• Supports the sales teams in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets.
• Is responsible for different kinds of administrative functions essential for everyday operation of the sales and fulfillment of the
company offers.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with all levels of management and sales team
members in the country.
• Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information such as MIDT, BIDT,
TACS, market segmentations, budgeted/actual incentives etc. in order to increase
productivity of sales.
• Supporting the sales teams in attaining sales targets by providing regular and
meaningful analysis.
• Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of confidential
agreements.
• Providing inputs and ideas into marketing dept. and subsequently promote them and
monitor responses.
• Preparing yearly, monthly, weekly and daily sales analysis.
• Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
• Ensuring the up to date status of CRM by all sales staff.
• Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance against monthly/yearly
sales goals.
• Maintaining an efficient work environment.
• Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings and trainings.
• Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Director of
Sales & Marketing.
• Assisting D&SM in preparing and executing BMC Commercial Plan efficiently.
• Attending network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with
potential clients and professional bodies.
• Gathering directly or through sales teams; competitive analysis and providing
feedback to concerned teams for proactive measures.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure all areas that could improve sales
effectiveness are identified, debated and recommendations are put into practice
through the correct processes.
• Liaise with Finance on all areas of budgeting, forecasting, measuring of actuals,
financial monitoring in as far as is required to be able to meet the objectives of
analyzing and implementing all matters that will increase sales effectiveness
• Work closely with sales management to agree areas of focus for strategic sales
planning and forecasting.
* Analyzing customer requirements and preparing efficient and profitable subscriber contracts.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: timeliness and accuracy of budgeting, forecasting & re-forecasting
Profitability Analysis: through analysis of profitability and its impact on forecasting.
* Targeting: identification of well researched targets for selling activity and product solution targets.
