Senior Advisor - MGR Management Consulting Sep 18th 2013, 05:10 We are urgently recruiting Senior Advisor for our reputed Telecom Client in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities • Develop up to date and accurate policy and procedures for the department, specific to CPE and Devices. • Preparing technical proposals, solutions description, compliance documents, solution analysis, designing delivery specifications for various CPE requisitions. • To communicate effectively with vendors, partners and all involved departments within Marketing about vision, strategy and tactics behind service launch. • Assist Strategic teams in producing CPE and Device strategies • Track and report on CPE performance and statistics, in conjunction with Planning and Performance functions. • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to ensure that new service information, processes, procedures, POS material, updates are promptly communicated • Capture customer complaints and suggestions provide feed-back loop to vendors and testers, including R&D. • To participate in related marketing activities; to be responsible for product presentation, technology guidance, technology questions-corresponding and other commercial support work. • Establish and manage relationships with vendors, partners and suppliers, ensuring right first time approach. This includes tendering and evaluation activities. • Developing and maintaining device roadmaps and other project critical documentation. • Develop annual CPE Forecast for all devices and product ranges. • Develop team competences and skills.
