Working closely with head of investment, managing director and project managers, the role will include providing advisory services to local and international clients. Specifically, the responsibilities of the role will include: • Conducting industry and market research • Maintaining databases of pertinent financial statistics • Financial modelling of transactions and corporate and asset based valuations • Assisting in the preparation of presentations to clients • Preparing internal and external documentation • Bookkeeping of the holding company at initial stage and supervision at a later stage. • Any other assigned tasks depending upon the specific requirements of clients.
