Our company Is a newly established company with current focus on Healthcare IT.
The company is starting and exciting initiative and has joined forces with a Major US Cloud based Electronic Health Record provider to overlook implementing, and supporting the solution in Saudi Arabia and Potentially MENA.
We are looking for a distinguished individual who will:
- Understand the solution from a business, functional and technical point of view. To be able to implement and train customers on the solution.
- In the beginning, oversee sales and bringing new clients, in addition to first line support.
- As the business and customer base grows, the individual will assist in training new hires and building implementation and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage customer implementations from Sales Handoff to "Go-Live" thru support handoff.
- Provide professional service and customer training during product install process
- Follow established procedures to format and import client data, modify the database, design custom forms, coordinate interface setup, set up custom fields and create custom reports
- Arrange and conduct all necessary system training sessions leveraging Product University
- Ensure customer has appropriate hardware and required software to use the application
- Keep everyone on the project team informed regarding key deliverables and milestones during the less than 30 day install cycle per account
- Project a positive, knowledgeable and professional image internally and externally
- Contribute to customer and company success by taking initiatives to improve process, team work, and/or any other area that would improve overall team productivity
- Focus on industry KLAS scoring for company services
- Document internal and external customer and partner interactions in the ticketing and knowledge based system
- Document problem resolutions in the knowledge base system
- Research, verify and generate detailed defect reports and enhancement request reports
- Work with International teams, Technical Operations, Core Development and Program Management during product development cycle to ensure quality.
- Serve as the (SME) during the escalation of issues
- To establish new trust relationships and bring in new customers. Creating and drive building a pipeline and a customer base.
- Show ownership to relationship with customers and customer issues.
- Coordinate internally locally and internationally.
- Coordinate with Solution experts.
- Assist in training and development of new hires.
