Store Manager - Flagship - Kuwait - M.H.Alshaya Sep 6th 2013, 05:01 The Role: As a Store Manager for one of Alshaya's Flagship stores, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our customers enjoy the  retail experience. A natural leader, you will champion your team to provide high levels of customer service and to increase sales, maximising their potential through in-store training, motivation, coaching, development, performance management and appraisals. An experienced operator, you will be responsible for reducing stock loss and managing controllable costs. Exposure to volume retail is essential as is managing a large team.
