MMG is a leading FM company in Qatar with operations in prestigious areas in Doha such as West Bay, The Pearl Qatar or Lusail.
Due to dramatic growth, we are looking for additional team member for one of our key projects, closed to West Bay Area.
The job holder is a key support to the Facility Manager, who is handling the team of 60 multinational team members.
The job involves following:
Filing and referencing all facility related documents
Maintaining and updating reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
Coordinating flow of documents between the facility and the Head Office
Handling petty cash, invoices and invoice summaries
Monitoring status of material requests, delivery and stocks of various forms required for documentation of work on the facility
Coordination of communication between the facility team and third parties such as clients or suppliers or business partners
The role is essential for the Facility Manager, as the job holder will be the main contact point for whole team in regards to updates and reports.
The work is scheduled for 6 days per week, 9-12 hours per day.
The person is expected to be ready to undertake other tasks as well, based on the need of the project and as per the instruction of the Facility Manager.
