The Role:
Manage alternative channel activates and KPI's to meet the indirect channels objectives.
The Responsibilities:
Planning:
* Develop Cannel Strategy and plan to meet the customer business in term of revenue, expansion, reach and opportunity.
* Allocate channels regional account target per account and assigned product.
Operations:
* Manage and act on any current and future business opportunities in order to maximize revenue.
* Ensure adequate product availability and accounts order fulfillment.
* Monitor channel performance to meet regional target.
* Coordinate with internal department to provide suitable proposition/solution to meet account business target.
* Build good relationship with accounts to increase business and activities.
* Manage channel performance to meet assigned target of each product.
* Ensure account visits by alternative teams on a frequent basis.
People Management:
* Provide clear direction, prioritize and enthusiasm for the Consumer Sales Department.
* Plan, Manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and couching, taking prompt action where necessary.
