The Role:
As a Design Studio Specialist you will provide high quality design consultations with customers, initiate customer contact, develop design concepts, provide estimates and close sales.
Specifically you will:
* Deliver exceptional levels of customer service executing high quality design consultations across all product categories in the customers' home or place of business.
* Present compelling and professional decorating plans, communicating what is relevant and meaningful to the customer utilizing mood boards, space plans and In-store collateral.
* Drive add-on sales of accessory products.
* Actively collaborate with management and associate colleagues in store, head office and other home furnishing brands to optimise selling opportunities.
* Build a customer database and identify key individuals, groups and organisations that present commercial opportunities.
* Mentor sales associates on how to build and maintain client relationships, active selling and creating design plans.
