The ideal candidate will develop and execute country wide direct sales and distribution strategy for achieving targets on different KPIs for the Virgin Mobile brands. This strategy should also be visible, analytical and provide a best customer experience. Also, the Direct Sales Director owns the customer experience in the 'direct sales touch points', which is a very important touch point for creating that unique Virgin Mobile mobile experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Make a "wow" experience for both internal and external customers / stake holders
• Identification and allocation of regional territories
• Retail audit for better visibility on retail level
• Achievement of gross adds for Virgin Mobile brands
• Implementation of Retail and Distribution Network with a high visibility from end to end
• Create a "Best Business Partner" mindset for distributors / POS
• Hire, place and effectively train Virgin Mobile teams
• Participate in training, coaching and motivating our own and distributors' sales force.
• Take daily actions based on performance metrics (new customer acquisition and cost per acquired customer) and experience metrics (especially NPS detractors)
