About Your Job::
Within the Customer Loyalty department you will support the Partnership team in the development and execution of the partnership strategy. You will take a lead role in the development and execution of marketing communication plan for partners, which will involve coordinating tactical campaigns designed to raise awareness, usage of and loyalty towards Privilege Club partners. You will also handle billing and customer service issues relating to the partners. In addition, you will be required to update partner reports and assist with database or system items related to new and existing partners. You will review, maintain and update partner related information on Privilege Club website and ensure all partner communication channels are displayed up to date.
About You::
You will hold a Bachelor degree in business with a minimum of 3 years customer contact experience. You will have adequate knowledge of Privilege Club programme and systems with a good understanding of the loyalty industry. You will display good communications and organizational skills.
