Responsibilities:
• It is a multi-dimensional role with wide areas of responsibilities and be a key position to drive the functional agenda across regions, companies and entire organisation.
• Formulate Group accounting policies and common standards jointly with head of finance.
• Work on key projects in SAP BPC implementation.
• Setting up common financial processes and systems across the business regions.
• Consolidation of accounts, monthly sales, P&L, cash flows for the group. Starting from scratch.
• Coordinate with IT to set up consolidation software and application running across regions.
• Set up and evolve management information systems and balance score card for the whole group.
• Budgeting and business review of the whole Group. Monitoring variances and depth analysis.
• Annual Plans/Strategy, Performance indicators monitoring.
• Cash & fund management. Exposure to banking and treasury functions.
• Support head of finance in project feasibility studies: review & approval, M&A proposals.
• Business partnering and support to other Corporate Centre Team members.
• Support group head of finance in board presentations and data analysis.
• Responsible for Corporate service centre - accounting, banking and budgetary controls.
• To coordinate with regional finance functions to extract information and data for central compilation of monthly results booklet.
