HR Director Oct 19th 2013, 10:52 On behalf of our client a leading telecom company we are seeking a HR Director Reporting to the Managing Director you will provide vision, leadership, general management and operational oversight for all HR activities • Contribute to strategic planning and decision making. • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive departmental annual business plan and budgets • Oversee the implementation of practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale • Work with top management to set long-term goals and strategies.
