On behalf of our client a leading telecom company we are seeking a HR Director
Reporting to the Managing Director you will provide vision, leadership, general management and operational oversight for all HR activities
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision making.
• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive departmental annual business plan and budgets
• Oversee the implementation of practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale
• Work with top management to set long-term goals and strategies. Direct the process of organisational planning that structure, job design, and manpower forecasting throughout the company
• Participate in the establishment standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures
• Oversee the implementation of manpower planning and recruitment activities and Saudisation.
• Oversee the implementation of all Saudisation plans
• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Administration and HR Departments
• Plan, manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary
• Ensure Human Resource Departments comply with Organisation policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain Organisation high standard of work and work ethic
