Norconsulting is currnelty looking for one of the largest Power Generation companies in the world for a Project Director with experience in the Power/Process/Oil & Gas industry including experience in engineering, procurement, construction or project management of large scale projects.
Purpose of the Job/Job Mission
Profit and loss responsibility for the allocated project by delivering the project within the time, budget and cash targets in the required quality whilst optimizing the margin.
Ensuring compliance with corporate, sector and business directives and EHS standards
Mandatory:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Power/Process/Oil & Gas industry including experience in engineering, procurement, construction or project management of large projects
Good commercial knowledge for assessing business risks and opportunities to undertake commercial negotiations etc
Insightful, able to collaborate with other management team members in developing strategy and implementing business plans
Strong planning, organising and priority setting skills, with a proven ability to manage teams
Broad technical and commercial knowledge covering multiple disciplines
Proven ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors
Educational Requirements
Mandatory: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Economics or Busines Administration
Desirable:
Masters degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
PMI Certificate
