About the Job:
We are seeking for a Master Technician to join our Honda Service team. The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not be limited to):
* Conducting mechanical repairs and periodic maintenance on Passenger Sedans and 4 Wheel Drive Vehicles
* Able to diagnose basic electrical and mechanical defects and capable of doing troubleshooting
* Follow diagnostic procedure on Service Manuals and undertake repairs within recommended labour time
* Usage of Special Service Tools including Intelligent Testers and Scan tools
* Provide Estimations of repairs & services
* Knowledge on line service schedules
* To be a team leader as and when required and guide co technicians
* Follow Dealer workshop standards and requirements
* Prepare technical reports on new complaints in coordination with Technical Support Executive
* Undertake Computer based Self learning and achieve Manufacturer certification
