Our Company, a third party administrator for automotive products and services and insurance is seeking to hire a candidate with strong transaction advisory experience for our corporate office in Dubai.
Reporting to the M&A Director, this newly created role will be responsible for corporate finance activities, M&A strategy and execution, business investment decision making and ensuring the alignment of M&A strategy with ongoing commercial business plans. The ideal candidate will work closely on buy-side transactions, provide due diligence, research support and post deal assistance to the team. Besides this, the candidate will contribute in identifying potential deal opportunities and provide recommendations at the planning stage. The candidate is also expected to prepare presentations and drafting of memoranda. Participating in analysing financial performance of companies operating in various industries will also be a key function.
