The Role:
To monitor the market in each area in the region and create and establish policy and guidelines for Zoom and implement sales strategies and goals.
The Responsibilities:
Planning:
* Set Point of sale gross adds Target (Voice and Data).
* Initiate sales activities.
* Set Point of Sales Policy and procedure.
* Manage point of sales classification and development.
* Identify the market opportunities.
* Plan for the POS Expansion.
Operation:
* Provide the market insight.
* Manage the zoon help disk.
* Maintain relationship with dealers and push for wholesale deals.
* Raise point of sales issues in term of commission, System, governmental and ensure products availability
* Manage the regional POS Expansion.
* Monitor the POS Performance in term of target for the whole regions.
* Support the Marking department by introduces new packages and campaign.
People management:
* Provide clear direction, prioritize and enthusiasm for the Sales Department.
* Plan, Manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and couching, taking prompt action where necessary.
