National Fleet Operations Manager Oct 10th 2013, 04:16 Our client is a multinational Security Solutions Provider and leader in the Saudi market. They operate under a JV and are headquartered in Jeddah with operations spread across 160 locations in the region and a fleet of 520 vehicles. As a National Fleet Operations Manager for Saudi Arabia, you will be reporting to the Operations Director and your responsibilities will include: • Managing 500+ vehicles ( tonne vehicles and vans). •Optimize efficiency of axle weights, fuel use, tyre wear, and vehicle maintenance/repair. • Manage a large team of direct and indirect reports. • Relationship building with Branch Managers, Regional Operations Directors, and Vehicle Suppliers. • Set, manage, and monitor departmental budgets and costing. • Ensure company policies and health/safety regulations are being adhered to. *Candidates must be based in the Middle East, preferably in KSA.
