PROCUREMENT / SOURCING
- Identifying, developing & maintaining local / overseas vendor base for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favorable terms to ensure smooth business operations.
- Sound knowledge of sourcing materials from countries like India, China & Turkey
- Should be expert in understanding hardware items required for MEP & HVAC contractors / Applications.
- Preparing purchase schedules for timely procurement of materials, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Inviting offers from vendors and awarding purchase orders whilst evaluating work contracts before negotiation.
VENDOR DEVELOPMENT
- Preparing Annual Rate Contracts with vendors for stackable items & timely renewal of contracts after review.
- Identifying & developing quality vendor / supplier base for cost effective procurement of materials, spares and consumables; routine & project basis.
- Co-coordinating vendor development and executing PO on ERP system.
NEGOTIATION
- Cost comparison with different source and analyze the market trend then fix the price.
- To monetary continual improvement from Supplier end.
GENERAL
- Create purchase order based on material requirement plan.
To co-ordination with sales team identify the priority based customer and plan production.
- Follow up of supplier outstanding payments.
- Maintaining quality standards for incoming/ outgoing materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices.
- Coordinate with quality department. And production dept. for vendor's quality issue.
