Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to join the Sales and Marketing team in their Asset and Investment Management department. The candidate should be able to achieve set revenue targets within own clients base and prescribed time limit, and contribute to total departmental area of achievement; achieve optimum business performance of own clients base through planned and focused sales activities as per set benchmark, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat buying and acquisition of new customers; assume responsibility of timely execution of own projects related to apartment sales; ensure compliance with credit policy within own set of accounts; apply cost reduction measures within own area of operational activity, without compromising on quality; provide the Line Manager with regular feedback on market scenario and competitive analysis, to enhance revenues; maintain a warm, professional and regular relationship with customers/tenants/guests to ensure a prompt and high standard of service; and build and maintain trust-based relationship with colleagues and collaborates with team members to optimize own performance and that of team.
