Scope and General Purpose:
Marketing and Sales managers analyze, plan and implement marketing and sales activities. They also monitor how to target market response to marketing efforts. Ultimately, their goals is to increase profit and retain loyal customers.
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Manage and coordinate all Marketing, Sales, Advertising and Promotional staff and activities
2. Manages day to day progress of product sales, marketing plan and execution
3. Design and implement policies and procedures
4. Establish standard and procedures
5. Organize operations and procedures
6. Supervise Assistance Managers, Show room Managers, Product Manager, Sales and office staff
7. Development and execution sales strategies and corporate plans
8. Strategy and timeline development to meet sales goals and objectives
9. Develop and implements Marketing & Sales plans and projects for new and existing products
10. Responsible for tracking customers information, forecast and reports
11. Gather market intelligence and competitive information
12. Tracking of national and international projects
13. Assisting in developing annual sales targets and sales budgets
14. Employee training and development
15. Maintaining relationship with the product centers and other suppliers
16. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycles
