• Achieve sales target including volume, value and any other quantitative target set by management through leading, coaching and directing the assigned salesmen and distributor.
• Monitor the placement of at outlets as per the management's instructions.
• Achieve coverage at the appropriate frequency as per the preset routing plans and the required rate of successful calls.
• Monitor distributors stocks levels regularly and ensure its compliance with company stock coverage policy
• Assist in planning/Executing of channel and customer development programs. Supervising the daily loading of the assigned salesmen and ensuring the freezing units of all trucks are efficiently operating.
• Ensure the availability of the core range as per channel as per guidelines.
• Continuously review competitive activities at the marketplace the daily sales routes and updating them upon prospecting any new customers.
• Monitor the implementation of the desired distribution targets of products including NPDs as per the management's instructions.
• Ensure the right placement/utilization of the company trade assets
