Duties and responsibilities.
•Greet clients and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
•Arrange and schedule meetings and notifies interested parties.
•Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
•Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
•To coordinate office activities for attorneys.
•Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
•File and retrieve documents, records, and reports.
•Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
•Prepare invoices and send them to clients.
•Type memos and legal documents.
