About Your Job:
In this role, the Senior Analyst Crew Resources is responsible for achieving optimal use of Flight and Cabin Crew resources. Key functions will include active management and development of the resource plan, ensuring that it is maintained in line with commercial, operational and business changes. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for medium and long term forecasting by fleet and rank, particularly focusing on Crew productivity, operational flexibility and cost control. The resource plan management is key to Qatar Airways future growth and will drive the planning and delivery of key processes including recruitment, standby plans, training plans, leave availability, always ensuring efficiency, flexibility and company and regulatory compliance. Analysis, trend monitoring, budget preparation and performance reporting are key aspects of the role. The Senior Analyst will lead the performance management, development and day to day supervision of the team of Analyst Crew Resources.
About You:
To be sucessful in this role, you must have a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent. You will have at least 3 years work experience in a Crew Resource Analyst role. Experience using Crew pairing/roster optimisation systems (esp. Carmen). Understanding of Crew resource planning processes, theories and methodologies. Ability to interpret and understand regulatory requirements (Chapter 7 FTL)
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders. Experience in project management, training staff is desirable. Financial management and budgetary experience is desirable. Highly developed planning and problem solving skills. Intermediate/advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills. Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
