About the Job:
The Call Centre Agent has to achieve the best level of customer satisfaction and handle all customers inquiries. The main responsibilities of the Call Centre Agent are:
* To ensure handling all inbound calls - Customer Inquiries.
* To manage and resolve customer complaints.
* To outbound follow up calls - Customer Service Information and SMS.
* To input new customer information into system.
* To handle reservations for service centre.
* To handle website and face book page Inquiries.
* To follow up for no show customers and recall campaign.
