About Your Job:
As part of our new Program Management Office (PMO), you will initiate, justify, plan, organize, coordinate, implement and commission QAS capital improvement projects at Doha International Airport (DIA) / New Doha International Airport (NDIA). You will identify through research, benchmarking and detailed investigation, potential solutions and initiatives to improve QAS performance by addressing shortfalls in capacities, inefficient operational processes or the integration of changed processes, facilities and systems. You will help prepare key statistics, including collection of reports on service contract delivery and services level reviews with delivery to the Management and Executive Management of QAS. Support all commissioning projects as required logistically and coordination wise. Effectively manage project changes and communication within the key operational elements.
About You:
You will have a minimum Bachelor's degree. The ability to prepare analysis of spreadsheet data and survey data. Thorough knowledge of analytical techniques and reporting methods. Technically you must be IT literate and have proficient knowledge in commercial software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Visio, Project, AutoCAD, Adobe and SharePoint. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a high social and cooperative conduct. The ability to work in a multicultural and a fast paced environment. A background in Project Management, expertise in MS Project and the ability to think outside the box.
