Firefly is an award winning communications agency specializing in providing digital solutions that meet specific business objectives. We're looking for a Digital Account Director who will manage a portfolio of clients and brands including Emirates, Mercedes-Benz and Accor. As an Account Director you will be the primary liaison between the client and the rest of the Firefly team. Day to day activities will include but are not limited to:
• Act as lead in identifying and developing opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts.
• Working with the digital production teams and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate resources from teams in multiple locations.
• Analysing outcomes and performance indicators to drive digital marketing campaigns.
• Managing projects across various digital marketing
platforms.
