Job Purpose and Summary:
Provide Operational excellence of HR initiatives, Processes and practices with the company employees & line managers, implement company's policies and procedures to provide appropriate and credible guidance and assistance when required.
Roles and Responsibilites:
* Supervise the process of dealing with workplace misconduct issues and provide assistance and guidance to all employees in Employee Relations Aspects.
* Provide a superior customer interface and maintain an open channel of communications with all company staff.
* Carry out implementation of HR initiatives (e.g. Engagement Survey, Awareness Programs, etc.).
* Liaise and support Legal department to follow up cases raised in Labor Office and other external authorities.
