With massive growth plans for the next five years, they are seeking a HR Manger to be based in their Mumbai office however the operation covers all corners, so a certain amount of in-country travelling will be required. The HR Manager is a generalist position who provides value added services to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization while meeting the needs of their customers and assuring a positive working atmosphere. Partner with management to ensure their sites are well staffed and trained in management, operations, and employee relations. Ensures that the management / workforce Relationship is one of cooperation and understanding. Responsible for implementing and coordinating corporate HR policies and programs within all areas of HR and ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws. This is a hands on role as the person will be the only person in the HR department.
