Summary:
Act as an interpreter of manager`s values and philosophy in fashion. In addition to overall supervision of manager`s fashion, which includes keeping a solid relationship with the fashion industry professionals and communicating with related parties to finalize the assigned tasks, as well as, the implementation of all the duties related to the job as a fashion stylist.
Main Duties and Tasks:
1- Implement all the tasks and responsibilities entrusted by the manager with regards to fashion.
2- Follow - up the latest lines and trends in Fashion Industry through various channels specially the haute couture updates and the fashion magazines to recommend any styles and outfits that might be admired by the manager.
3- Communicate with Fashion Houses worldwide and build a strong network of contacts with designers, retailers and Fashion Industry Professionals. Also, attend Fashion Shows with the manager upon request.
4- Provide professional fashion advices and counseling for various occasions.
5- Coordinate with other designers to arrange special designs as directed by the manager.
6- Ability to design, monitor and implement customized clothes upon manager`s request.
7- Arrange manager outfits and accessories on a daily basis. Also, handle all the details regarding clothes and accessory items such as (bags, belts, sunglasses, shoes, etc.)
8- Assist the manager in selecting and purchasing clothes, jewelries, accessory items and other merchandise to complete the designs as needed.
9- Keep a keen eye on every emerging fashion trend and style. In addition to conduct products researches, new brand names and staying current on contemporary styles.
10- Supervise all the arrangements of manager closet and wardrobe, which includes organizing the contents and preserving them from damage or less.
11- Act as a liaison between the manager and external sectors (designers, fashion houses, etc.). Also cooperate with the internal sections such as Hair Styling and Makeup.
12- Deal with invoices and bills. In addition to present financial records of all expenditures periodically in order to update the budget under the supervision of the designated department.
13- Accompany the manager on her trips (within or outside) the kingdom, whether on business trips or during manager`s annual leave.
